Severe Thunderstorm Watch For Bronxville-Eastchester

The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Westchester County on Monday until 11 p.m.

Another wave of wild, summer weather is in store for Bronxville today.

The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the Scarsdale area.

Folks in Westchester County can expect "scattered to numerous thunderstorms to develop this afternoon and evening," the NWS stated.

The severe weather could produce lightning, damaging wind gusts, heavy rain and hail, according to the NWS.

Be prepared to find shelter immediately in the event these storms come upon us.
