Winning TAKE 5 Top-Prize Ticket Sold At Westchester Grocery Store

The New York Lottery said three top prize-winning tickets were sold for the Saturday Take 5 evening drawing.

EASTCHESTER, NY — The latest lottery winner in the Hudson Valley is in for a big payday after making a stop at an Eastchester grocery store.

The New York Lottery announced that three top-prize winning tickets were sold for the the Feb. 24, TAKE 5 evening drawing.

The winning Westchester ticket was sold at Country Markets on White Plains Road, which sold one prize-winning ticket worth $11,979.50.

Two additional winners bought tickets at a Wegmans in Newark and Tops Markets in North Tonawanda.

The winning numbers on the prize-winning lottery ticket are 1-7-11-26-39. Winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim the prize money.

TAKE-5 numbers are drawn from a field of numbers ranging from one through 39. The drawing is televised twice daily, at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
