1) VIDEO: Fort Greene Fire In Putnam's Pub — The neighborhood bar and trivia hub Putnam's Pub caught fire Tuesday morning, the FDNY said. The fire was under control by 12:17 p.m. (Plus, several days later, tenants said they were not being allowed back in the building where Putnam's is located.)

2) Williamsburg Residents Demand Safer Grand Street — After 2 pedestrian deaths on Grand Street in just 7 months, Williamsburg residents have had enough.
