BROOKLYN, NY—Asase Yaa Cultural Arts Foundation's ART IS ALIVE festival is back on September 21 for a full day of dance and art performances, workshops and programming.

In tune with the nonprofit's core mission, the festival will celebrate all things African Diaspora — music, dance, art and more.

“Every year we present the richness of African and African Diasporic multi-disciplinary art forms including vibrant performances, engaging classes, and educational and insightful workshops," said Kofi Osei Williams, Asase Yaa’s executive director and producer of ART IS ALIVE.
