Heat Advisory: Dangerously High Temperatures Expected Wednesday
The U.S. National Weather Service has advised New Yorkers to take precautions tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
NEW YORK CITY — Expect high temperatures and humidity from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow, the U.S. National Weather Service said in an official Heat Advisory today.
The combination of heat and humidity will make the air feel like 95-99 degrees, the U.S. National Weather Service said.
The high temperatures are expected to affect the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Northern Queens, Staten Island, and Southern Queens counties.

To stay cool, New Yorkers can call 311 to locate the nearest cooling center.
The National Weather Service encourages people to check in with their friends, family and neighbors to ensure everyone has a plan to avoid heat stroke, a severe illness that occurs when people overheat.
