Raising Cane’s Opens NYC’s First Drive-Thru Restaurant In Flatbush
The new Raising Cane's will offer late-night service, a walk-up window and opening-day giveaways.

BROOKLYN, NY — New York City’s first Raising Cane’s drive-thru restaurant will arrive Wednesday in Flatbush, according to a news release, marking a new format for the fast-growing chicken finger chain in the city.
The restaurant, at 2143 Flatbush Ave. near East 46th Street, will operate primarily through a drive-thru and walk-up window, with no indoor dining room. Customers will be able to order on-site or by mobile, with a covered, heated patio available for brief stops.
The opening reflects Raising Cane’s continued expansion in Brooklyn, where the Flatbush location becomes the company’s third restaurant in the borough and its first drive-thru anywhere in New York City. The restaurant will be open late, until 2 a.m. on weeknights and 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

On opening day, the company plans a series of promotions and community events beginning at 8 a.m., including a ribbon-cutting ceremony with local business organizations, live music and giveaways. Twenty customers will be selected to receive free Cane’s for a year, and the first 100 combo meals sold will include branded merchandise and a future-meal card.
A Raising Cane’s spokesperson said the Flatbush restaurant will follow its standard made-to-order model, with chicken fingers prepared fresh rather than held under heat lamps. The menu will include chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and the company’s signature Cane’s Sauce.
