Her love of teaching and making a difference in her students' lives, no matter what. She goes out of her way, mostly putting in her own money (which she cannot afford) in order to make sure none of her students feel left out or embarrassed for not having school supplies or anything.

She is the reason why underprivileged children, or any child, has hope.
