85-Year-Old New Lots Man Missing Since Wednesday: NYPD
Missing New Lots resident Egbert Hewitt, 85, was last seen leaving his home on Wednesday, police said.

NEW LOTS, BROOKLYN — An 85-year-old New Lots man has been missing since Wednesday, according to the NYPD.
Egbert Hewitt (pictured above) was last seen at 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 10 leaving his home, located at 778 Elton St.
Detectives describe Egbert as a black male standing about five-feet-four-inches and weighing approximately 125 pounds. He has a thin build, brown eyes and a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, brown sandals and a white t-shirt.
