DJ Jinx Paul Hit-and-Run: Cops Seek 3 Women Allegedly Seen Getting Into Suspect's Car Before Incident

All charges were dropped last Saturday against the suspect, 27-year-old Kevin Ozoria, because of "insufficient evidence," the BK DA said.

EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — Just days after the Brooklyn District Attorney's office dropped all charges against the man who turned himself in for striking DJ Jinx Paul with his car on Dec. 19, police are looking to identify three women in regards to the hit-and-run, the NYPD said Wednesday.

The three women were seen getting into the suspect 27-year-old Kevin Ozoria's car before the hit-and-run, police said.

Charges against Ozoria were dropped because of "insufficient evidence," the Brooklyn DA said.

Ozoria turned himself in Friday morning for killing of radio DJ Jean Paul Guerrero, also known as Jinx Paul.

Kevin Ozoria admitted to police in the 75th Precinct that he was driving the car that struck and killed Guerrero, 39, in East New York in the early morning of Dec. 19, an NYPD spokesman told Patch.

Ozoria allegedly took the damaged vehicle to a body shop in Brooklyn following the hit-and-run, police told Patch. Ozoria was initially charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and tampering with physical evidence, police said.
