On Tuesday, the NYPD announced that Queens resident Attah Alhassan, 19, and Brooklyn resident Keiosha Robinson, 23 — who lives in the Louis Pink Houses — had been arrested and charged with murder in connection to Bullard's death.

An NYPD spokesman said that prior to the shooting, Bullard had an argument with two men on the street.

(Citing unnamed sources, the New York Daily News reported that Alhassan was one of these two men. But the NYPD could not confirm this info.)

The police spokesman said surveillance video reviewed by the NYPD shows a woman, dressed in all white and carrying a black bag, walking toward the group on the corner of Crescent Street and Linden Boulevard. One of the men arguing with Bullard can be seen in the video approaching the woman, reaching into her bag, taking out a gun and shooting Bullard, police said.

Still, the investigation into the shooting is ongoing, according to the NYPD.

Anyone with additional information can confidentially report it using the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers website or by anonymously calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).

Shooting reports were down significantly as well. Through July 31, 27 shootings with 34 victims had been recorded in the precinct, compared to 45 shootings with 50 victims during the same period in 2015.
