East New York Infant's Death Investigated By NYPD, Police Say
Two-week-old Justin Bernard was found unconscious in his home on New Lots Avenue Monday morning, police said.
EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — A two-week-old baby's death Monday morning will be investigated by police, according to the NYPD.
Police found Justin Bernard unconscious in his home on New Lots and Schenck avenues in East New York just before 5 a.m., the NYPD said.
Emergency responders rushed Bernard to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center but doctors could not save the infant's life, police said.
