EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — The Brooklyn District Attorney's office declined to prosecute a man accused of raping a woman in an East New York Park last weekend, according to law enforcement sources.

Police arrested Kenton Degale, 31, on a rape charge Wednesday for allegedly attacking a 26-year-old woman he followed into Linden Park Saturday morning, the NYPD said.

But Degale will not immediately face those charges in court and has since been released, law enforcement sources said.
