Man Shot In The Leg In Brownsville, Cops Say
The man was shot on Newport Street after an argument, police said.

BROWNSVILLE, BROOKLYN — A man was shot in Brownsville on Tuesday afternoon, according to police.
The 30-year-old man was shot in the leg just after 3 p.m. after an argument on Newport Street near Thatford Avenue, according to police.
He was taken to the hospital and was not likely to die from his injuries as of Tuesday afternoon, according to an NYPD spokesperson.
