Missing Brownsville Siblings Found In Midtown Starbucks, Cops Say
Lala Washington and her brother were found in Manhattan Starbucks more than a day after they disappeared in Brownsville, police said.

BROWNSVILLE, BROOKLYN -- The young brother and sister who disappeared for more than a day were found in a midtown Manhattan Starbucks, police said.
Lala Washington, 12, and Andrew Hillard, 9 were found in a Starbucks on West 49th Street between Eighth and Ninth avenues Thursday afternoon, police said.
The two children disappeared Wednesday morning at about 8 a.m. when they left their Amboy Street home to go get breakfast, police said.

Neither child has run away before and both were taken to a local hospital for evaluation, according to police.
It was not immediately clear where the children had spent the past 30 hours.
