BROOKLYN, NY — A pedestrian was sent to the hospital after being hit at a Brooklyn intersection on Tuesday morning, according to officials.

The person was hit by a vehicle around 10:22 a.m. near Rutland Road and East 95th Street, near the Brownsville and Crown Heights border, according to the FDNY.

They were rushed to Maimonides Medical Center, fire officials said.
