Woman's Headless Body Found In Shopping Cart In Brooklyn: NYPD

EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN — A woman's dismembered body was discovered stuffed in a shopping cart near the East New York border early Thursday morning, according to police.

The body — missing a head, arms and legs — was found inside a garbage bag in the shopping cart around 1:45 a.m. near Pennsylvania and Atlantic avenues, police said.

It was found after someone called 911 about seeing possible body parts near the intersection, police aid.
