Buffalo Police Officers Suspended After Shoving 75-Year-Old Man
The man fell back and struck his head on the pavement. It was caught on video. Two officers have reportedly been suspended.

BUFFALO, NY – A 75-year-old man was seriously injured after being shoved to the ground by police in Buffalo Thursday night. The incident was caught on video.
It happened shortly after an 8 p.m. curfew started. The unidentified man can be seen approaching officers in front of Buffalo City Hall. Two officers shove the man, who stumbles backward before striking his head on the concrete. Blood can be seen on the ground.

The man suffered a laceration and possible concussion, Ali Ingersoll, a reporter with the Investigative Post, tweeted. He is in stable condition in the hospital.
The officers who pushed the man have been suspended without pay, WIVB News 4 reported.

"I've seen videos of the incident in front of Buffalo's City Hall in which an older protester appears to have been shoved by police, fell backwards and suffered a serious head injury," Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz tweeted Thursday night. "It sickens me."
Gov. Andrew Cuomo called the incident "wholly unjustified and utterly disgraceful."
"Police Officers must enforce — NOT ABUSE — the law," he tweeted.
