Hey, Brooklyn: Do You Recognize This Man?

The old man was found wandering alone Saturday in Bushwick.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — Police are asking the public to help identify an elderly man who was found at about 11:30 p.m on July 23 wandering in the NYPD's 83rd Precinct. The man (pictured above) identified himself as Anselmo Morgado, but he couldn't provide any other information, police said.

The 83rd Precinct covers all of Bushwick. An NYPD spokesman did not have an exact address for where Anselmo was found.

After being picked up by police, Anselmo was taken to Woodhull Hospital for medical evaluation, police said. Detectives describe him as a white male with gray hair who is between 80 and 90 years old. He stands at about five-foot-seven-inches, and weighs approximately 120 pounds. He was found wearing a white t-shirt, black shoes, a black cap, and black pants.
