Dog Ice Cream Parlor Coming To Bushwick
Ollies Ice Cream + Stuff, where dogs and the humans who love them can all enjoy ice cream, will open later this month, according to reports.
BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — The dog days of summer deserve days of dog ice cream, according to a new Bushwick business.
Ollie’s Ice Cream + Stuff will serve ice creams for canines and their companions (read: you) at the new Bushwick parlor opening later this month at 158 Irving Ave., Bushwick Daily reports.
“Peanut Butter Pumpkin Butt,” is one of several pup-friendly flavors founder and neighborhood local Eric Kyriakopoulos, 34, will be whipping up for Bushwick's dogs, he told Bushwick Daily.

There will also be up to 10 flavors for all breeds of humans, such as a vegan and dairy free coconut ice cream, raspberry lime sorbet and a sea salt caramel.
Kyriakopoulos said he first learned to make dog ice cream for his four-legged friend Simon, who of course has his own Instagram feed.
