Man Grabs 11-Year-Old Trying To Get On Train In Bushwick: Police

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — A man grabbed an 11-year-old boy on Tuesday as the boy was trying to get on a subway in Bushwick, police said.

The boy was at the Myrtle-Wyckoff subway station on Tuesday around 8:30 p.m. and about to get on a Queens-bound M train, according to police.

That's when the man, pictured above, grabbed him by the arm and stopped him from getting on the train, police said. He told the kid he was "going to get him," cops said.

The kid tried to run away, but the man followed him through the station, according to police. When the kid got to the L train platform, a "good Samaritan" let him use her phone to call police, authorities said.

The man went back to the M platform and got on a Queens-bound M train, police said.

He is described by police as a Hispanic male, in his 30s, who stands 5 feet 10 inches. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers, according to police.
