Love Your Librarian? Here's How to Nominate Brooklyn's Best for a National Award

Up to 10 librarians nationwide will be honored with "I Love My Librarian" awards.

Show some love for your favorite librarian by nominating him or her for an ”I Love My Librarian” award from the American Library Association (ALA).

For the eighth year in a row, the ALA will be honoring up to 10 librarians nationwide.

Winners are gifted a snazzy plaque, a $5,000 cash prize and a travel stipend to attend the ”I Love My Librarian” awards ceremony in New York in December. (Although for Brooklyn librarians, the trip won’t cost much.)
