Halloween is a great time of year. Both kids and adults delight in dressing up and playing someone else. There's candy, lots of candy. Oh, and the decorations are scary and fun. Our neighborhood boasts some of the best Halloween decorations around. From ghosts swinging in trees, to mummies on stoops, to all the cobwebs wrapping wrought-iron fences, there's a lot to look at.
