1. Join the Annual Spring Fair! The event will be held on Sunday, June 12, from 10 a.m. and runs until 5 p.m., no rain date. For the duration of the fair, Main Street will be closed. Registration will be from 7 to 9:30 a.m. at the Allstate Office located at 369 Main Street in Center Moriches. Get out there and have fun! (Press Release Desk)
2. Thursday morning, the grey seal pup found in the Riverside traffic circle last weekend was released back into the wild at Tiana Beach in Hampton Bays. The seal, which was recently named Peconic, was evaluated by the New York Marine Rescue Center in Riverhead. (News 12 Long Island)
3. William Floyd Estate celebrates 300 years! See the video from the National Park Service that showcased a special exhibit chronicling historic milestones of this Long Island family.
