How did you come up with the name?
My practice is an elegant Parisian inspired boutique practice with a focus on Concierge Dentistry. The desire to create a warm and inviting ambience full of Parisian vintage art is the highlight and Concierge Dentistry makes us stand out from the rest. We are on call 24/7. Our patients are like family and they are truly our passion!

Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?
After my residency training I purchased my very first home in Chappaqua and lived there for over six years. Chappaqua / New Castle welcomed me back with open arms after 9 years ...with a delightful ribbon cutting ceremony on my grand opening day !

Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?

What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?
The many calls we receive daily from new patients via referrals from “ word of mouth”.

What’s the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?
Creating a calm, relaxing and inviting dental boutique practice that is warm, friendly and person. Demystifying the dental patient experience with fine touches.

How do you deal with difficult customers?
We try to make them happy

Involvement with local press , volunteering and Chappaqua Chambers
