The annual tournament returned for the ninth time, showcasing competition from 8 of the top high school tennis teams in the New York-metropolitan area, including Beacon, Fordham Prep, Half Hollow Hills East HS, Harrison HS, Syosset HS, Trinity School, Horace Mann and Horace Greeley HS. Opening rounds were played Saturday, April 30 followed by the finals on Sunday, May 1.

The tournament was created originally through a grant to honor Coach Jim San Marco of Edgemont High School, with the goal of bringing the top teams in Westchester, Long Island and New York City (public, private and parochial) together for a high level of competition.
