LeChase Names Christopher Strebel Senior Project Manager

The 6-year vet of the firm's tri-state headquarters in Armonk will head up large-scale construction projects in Hudson Valley and beyond.

ARMONK, NY — There will soon be a familiar face leading future key construction projects big and small in the region.

Christopher Strebel, who has served as a project manager with the New York tri-state office of LeChase Construction Services in Armonk for six years, has been named senior project manager at the company. Strebel was recently one of “40 Under 40” New York real estate and construction industry professionals highlighted by City & State magazine. In 2019, the Business Council of Westchester named him one of its “Rising Stars.”

“Chris brings great commitment and skill to his projects, and we are proud to see him recognized for his accomplishments,” LeChase VP David Campbell said introducing the firm's newest and perhaps best known senior project manager. “His leadership continues to help LeChase build lasting partnerships with clients across the region.”

Strebel will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of projects, including the pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases. The role includes ultimate responsibility for safety, construction planning and cost-control at multimillion dollar projects, as well as more personalized contracting work for clients.

Strebel joined LeChase in 2015, when the company acquired C.W. Brown, where he began working in 2011. He earned his reputation focusing mainly on health care, research and laboratory projects.

“Overseeing projects in health care has been among the most gratifying aspects of my position at LeChase,” Strebel said. “It is rewarding to know that our projects have played a role in improving health care in the region by providing functional, safe and comfortable spaces for residents to receive the treatment and procedures they require.”
