CHAPPAQUA, NY — Maybe next year, we will ring in the new year on the Mediterranean coast, but this year, the party is a little closer to home.

Making your way to Ibiza Kitchen is certainly easier than heading to Times Square or a Spanish isle. The beloved neighborhood restaurant is just two blocks away from the Chappaqua train station.

Chef Ignacio Blanco and his culinary team have created a special menu that promises to make you glad you welcomed 2025 at a neighborhood gem.

Blanco is known for his simple yet exquisite approach to cooking, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and his ability to infuse flavors from different cultures into his dishes. The New Year's Eve menu at Ibiza Kitchen will feature a variety of options, including vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, to cater to all dietary preferences.

"My philosophy is a simple one," Blanco explains. "Great food is great food. As long as it's good, it's good in any culture." This philosophy is evident in the diverse and flavorful menu he has created for New Year's Eve at Ibiza Kitchen. Diners can expect a fusion of traditional Spanish dishes with a modern twist, as well as some surprises that will surely tantalize their taste buds.

The full menu will be available on New Year's Eve, in addition to a special four-course prix fixe menu at $150.

Highlights of the New Year's Eve menu include Maryland lump blue crab and avocado salad with beluga caviar; grilled Bella Bella Farm foie gras with caramelized mango; east coast halibut with red cabbage emulsion and Costilla slow cooked grass-fed beef short ribs with mustard mashed potatoes and Rioja red wine sauce.
