New Mount Kisco Business Combines Cycling, Yoga

Studio 22 is at 145 Mount Kisco Ave.

When Studio 22 opens its doors on Feb. 16, says its owner, Catherine Gleason, it will be Northern Westchester’s first boutique studio dedicated to indoor cycling and yoga.

“We are thrilled to be part of the Mt. Kisco community and are looking forward to bringing top-notch boutique-style classes to the area,” said Gleason.

  • Ride, a 45-minute cycling class
  • Sweat, a 60-minute warm vinyasa yoga class
  • Flow, a 75-minute restorative yoga class

Classes begin Monday, Feb. 16 and will be available to book starting Feb. 12. Free introductory cycling and yoga classes will be offered throughout opening week.

At just over 4,000 square feet, the well-appointed studio at 145 Kisco Ave. in Mount Kisco boasts a state-of-the-art cycling room as well as a beautifully tranquil yoga room where both warm and room temperature classes are offered as the perfect complement to cycling. Studio amenities include full bathrooms, showers, towel service and day lockers.

Clients can book classes up to one week in advance via the Studio 22 website.
