Peeskill Police: Mt. Kisco Man Had Stolen Jewelry, Crack
Peekskill police arrested Ralph Belotti, 49, of Mount Kisco, last week after they allegedly found him in his car trying to hide a number of pieces of women's jewelry.

Ralph Belotti, 49, of Mount Kisco, is scheduled to appear in Peekskill court Monday after he was allegedly caught inside his vehicle with stolen jewelry and crack on April 18.
Peekskill police officers said they saw Belotti acting suspiciously while sitting inside his vehicle on Welcher Avenue at about 4:20 p.m. Upon further investigation, police said they saw Belotti trying to hide a number of pieces of women’s jewelry.

He was also discovered to be in possession of crack.
A joint investigation with Putnam County Sheriff’s Department allegedly revealed that the jewelry was stolen in a burglary that took place in Putnam County earlier that day.

Belotti was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, and criminal possession controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
He was arraigned and sent to Westchester County Jail without bail.
