Places To Cool Off In Mount Kisco, New Castle As Temperatures Soar
The weather forecast is calling for heat index values between 95º F and 104º F this week.
MOUNT KISCO/NEW CASTLE, NY — With heat index values between 95º F and 104º F this week in Westchester County, the towns are opening up several cooling centers.
Mount Kisco:
Multi-purpose Room at Leonard Park, 1 Wallace Drive

- Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesday: noon to 5 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Mount Kisco Public Library, 100 East Main Street
- Tuesday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Thursday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Fox Senior Center, 198 Carpenter Avenue

- Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Thursday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
New Castle:
- New Castle Town Hall, located at 200 S. Greeley Ave. in Chappaqua, will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. this week.
