Pound Ridge Home Promoted from Dog's 'Perspective'

A video from a Houlihan Lawrence realtor takes an unorthodox approach at showing a Pound Ridge home: it's done from the pretend perspective of a dog.

The male accented voice over describes the surroundings of the place from what a canine might see instead of what people would consider. 

The video, uploaded to YouTube by real estate agent Brian Murray, is for a home at 353 Pine Brook Road.

"You know, there's something fine about living in Pound Ridge. Warm sun, thick grass and even a place for my human to relax," the "dog" starts in the narration.

According to the listing, the 3,369-square-foot house was built in 1876 and is on 4.83 acres. It's listed at $1,100,000 and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
