UPDATE, 8:50 p.m. — Old Roaring Brook Road has reopened in both directions, police said. <hr />CHAPPAQUA, NY — A section of Old Roaring Brook Road is temporarily closed from Roaring Brook Road about a third of the way up to Alison Lane, New Castle police warn.
