The Bedford Sportsman Will Move to Cross River

By Oct. 1, The Bedford Sportsman will no longer be located in Bedford Hills. Instead, the store announced that it is moving to Cross River.

The fishing gear store will be moving to 759 Route 35, which is the location of Cross River Bait & Tackle. In 2011, Bedford Sportsman owner Charles George bought the fishing store, The Lewisboro Ledger reported at the time. George is a Vista resident, according to The Ledger.

The move will result in a change in product offerings, according to an announcement on the store's Facebook page.
