Want to be a Cougarette for a day? Commack kickliners-in-training are invited to be a part of the nationally-ranked team during a one-day clinic Aug. 21.
Participants will learn a routine consisting of kickline, pom, jazz and hip-hop dances. Those who take part are encouraged to bring a friend along, even if they are not Commack residents.
The clinic is a way for dancers to brush up on their skills, and for incoming teens at the middle school level to learn the techniques needed for try-outs.
