A notice from the Suffolk County Sherriff's Department, which was posted on the front door of the now-abandoned storefront stated the landlord is in possession of the premises as mandated by a court order.

The restaurant's closing comes as a surprise to many. Several locals stood outside the vacant property Friday afternoon, peering through windows and scrambling for an alternative lunch spot.
"I guess we're not getting a slice now," said one man to his friend, as they walked back to their car and drove off.
