Thousands are still without power in Commack as of 9:50 a.m. Monday, according to numbers from the Long Island Power Authority's website.

According to LIPA's storm outage map, 10,050 customers out of 13,167 in Commack are in the dark.

Jericho Turnpike and parts of Commack Road have power but most businesses are closed. Many residential areas are still without power due to downed trees and powerlines.
