Open membership for Commack Community Association
The Commack Community Association is holding a membership drive. Current issues being discussed are restricting heavy trucking from Townline Road andsaving the Historic Marion Carll Farm and opening it for community use as a park. Commack Resident to Fight for Charity
Commack resident Sal “The Hammer” Ferro, and President/CEO of Alure Home Improvements, the major sponsor of the 10th Long Island Fight for Charity scheduled Nov. 25, has been selected as one of the boxers who will participate in the 10th Long Island Fight for Charity “main event” at the Long Island Hilton in Melville. Fight for Charity’s mission is to raise money directly to help neighbors and local charities including the Long Island Community Chest, the Genesis School and Family Residences and Essential Enterprises (FREE).
