
The Suffolk County Police Department's Second and Fourth precincts reported these arrests in Commack between Jan. 14–Jan. 20:
James Webster, 28, of Holbrook, was arrested Jan. 14 and charged with DWI. Webster was driving a 2005 Mercedes-Benz west on Motor Parkway and failed to maintain his lane of travel, showing signs of intoxication.
Michael Micciantuono, 19, of Commack, was arrested Jan. 14 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Reports state Micciantuono was in possession of Oxycodone.
Joel Galvan, 21, of Brentwood, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with grand larceny for stealing merchandise from an unspecified store.

Morris Thomas, 19, of Brentwood, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with grand larceny. Reports state Thomas was an employee at , where he stole $3,000 worth of merchandise.
Gilmar Reyes, 32, of Brentwood, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with petit larceny. According to reports, Reyes stole cologne from the located at 85 Crooked Hill Rd.
Ronald Leger, 28, of Central Islip, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with DWI. Leger was driving a 2000 Nissan and was stopped at 3:43 a.m. after he failed to maintain his lane of travel.
Scott Machold, 21, of Dix Hills, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with petit larceny. Machold stole DVDs and other assorted items on Jan. 14 from .
Raymond Jones, 22, of Bay Shore, was arrested Jan. 17 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Jones was driving a 1996 Ford Aspire south on Commack Road at 10:05 p.m.
Tyshawn Jones, 25, of Bay Shore, was arrested Jan. 17 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Jones was driving a 1997 Accord south on Commack Road at 10:15 p.m. and was stopped. He was found to have a suspended license.
None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
