The Commack Fire Department is hosting it's annual blood drive on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The blood drive is held in memory of Police Officer Glen Ciano, a beloved husband and father of two who was killed in the line of duty on Feb.22, 2009 after a drunk driver caused him to crash his patrol car into a utility pole on Commack Road.
The drive will take place at Commack Fire Department Headquarters located at 6309 Jericho Tpke.
