"Hell's Kitchen" Chef Leaving Commack's Ciao Baby

Heather West, winner of season two of Fox's "Hell's Kitchen," will be leaving her position at Ciao Baby in Commack, where she was executive chef more more than a year, according the an article in Newsday.

West, a Port Jefferson native, came to Ciao Baby, which also has a location in Massapequa Park, at the end of January 2012 after a relationship with co-owner Frank Cammarata opened up the door for a job.

Cammarata will take back the reins in the kitchen once West is gone. However, the menu, which boasts generous portions of Italian food, will mostly remain the same.
