Mother's Day Event at Paint-a-Piece

Give mom a piece of your heat at Paint-A-Piece in Commack on May 12.

The pottery and glass craft shop will hold a Mother's Day brunch and craft session with two seatings at noon and 3 p.m.  

Moms and their families will enjoy free brunch including bagels, muffins, quiche, coffee, juice and more. All guest must do a project of $14 or more and coupons will not be accepted that day. A $5 deposit and reservations are required. Call 631-486-6969 to reserve a spot.

The pottery business recently added glass fusion to its repertoire. In addition to painting pottery, customers can now cut their own glass, and arrange them to create jewelry, picture frames, sun catchers, night lights and other crafts. For children, the glass is pre-cut and the edges are smoothed.

Paint-A-Piece is located at 6126 Jericho Turnpike in Commack.
