New Student Registration Starts Tuesday in Commack

Good morning, Commack. Here’s a look at what’s happening Tuesday.

-Are your children new to the Commack School District? Registration for new students takes place Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. until noon.

- Have a backup plan for family activities Tuesday, in case it rains. Forecasters predict an 80 percent chance of rain with possible thunderstorms.

-Congratulations to Commack native Samantha Prahalis, who was signed by the WNBA's New York Liberty team Monday. 

-Have you seen this man? Some residents say that he broke into their cars and stole items. One person caught him in the act on a home surveillance tape.

-The next installment of the Summer Concert Series at the Smithtown Historical Society's Frank Brush Barn (211 East Main St., Smithtown) takes place Tuesday at 8 p.m.
