Nov. 2 is Election Day, Rotary and Soccer Playoffs

Election day is finally here. It seems like we've been prepping for weeks, if you've missed any of our coverage, check out the and  to be as well-informed as possible before heading off to your location. We'll be updating throughout the day with information about the voting process, turn-out and any other comments you might have.

The Cougars are also taking on Huntington's Blue Devil's today in the Class AA finals, if you'd like to submit photos of this, e-mail victoria@patch.com. 

1. : The Kings Park/Commack Rotary Club will host their regular meeting at the at 12:15 p.m.. 

2. : The Suffolk Class AA playoffs will commence at 2:30 p.m. at with Commack (12-1-1,14-1-1), the season champ, playing Huntington's Blue Devils in varsity boys soccer. 

3. : The Chabad-Center of Mid-Suffolk hosts a power lunch dial-in phone conference every Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 1:15 p.m..
