Police: Man Stole from Pep Boys

A man stole merchandise from in Commack last month, police said.

According to Suffolk County police, a man wearing a blue hoodie and shorts took several unspecified items from the store, located at 6350 Jerico Tpke., at approximately 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 14.

The suspect, who police describe as a tall, white man standing approximately 6 ft. 5 in., fled eastbound on Jericho Turnpike in a white Ford pickup truck, police said.
