Question of the Day: Would You Have Said Yes To A New Arena?

Nassau County residents shot down a referendum that would allow the county to to build a new sports and entertainment complex where Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum currently stands.

While the majority of residents who turned out for the vote opposed the plan, others—including Islanders fans—argue that the complex would have breathed life into the area.
