• Frank Fonsetto from Deer Park was arrested in Wyandanch for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs in the First Degree on December 1.
• John Samojedny from North Babylon was arrested in West Babylon for Driving While Intoxicated – First Offense on December 3.

• Kevin Romano from West Babylon was arrested in Patchogue for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree and Driving While Intoxicated – First Offense on December 6.
