Deer Park High School Event Helps Students Plan Life After Graduation
Students connected with representatives from colleges, the military, and career fields.
DEER PARK, NY — The Deer Park High School cafeteria turned into a hub of future planning on Oct. 22 as students and their families packed the room for the school’s annual College and Career Fair.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for students to explore a range of post-graduation options and speak directly with representatives from colleges and universities across New York State and beyond.
In addition to higher education opportunities, attendees met with members of the military, local trades, and career organizations to learn more about pathways available after high school. The evening encouraged students to ask questions, gather resources, and begin planning their next steps toward the future with confidence.
