Deer Park Teacher McCourt Duct-Taped For a Good Cause

Freshmen host fundraiser to get money for Class of 2019.

Deer Park High School’s freshmen hosted a zany Tape McCourt fundraiser on Oct. 9 to benefit the Class of 2019.

Fellow students and faculty paid $1 per foot of duct tape to affix photography and sculpture teacher Kyle McCourt to a school wall. After more than 300 pieces of tape were purchased and used, McCourt was officially stuck to it.
