Jean-Pierre Leads Sperber Into Wednesday For Assembly District 11
Suffolk County votes were delayed on Tuesday, after board of elections workers had difficulty loading memory cards needed to tally the vote.

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY —New York State Assemblywoman Kimberly Jean-Pierre (D), is closely leading the race for Assembly District 11, as of Wednesday.
Jean-Pierre, who has served the 11th Assembly District since 2015, is being challenged by former senior court clerk, Christopher Sperber in the general election.
She currently leads by 17,939 votes, or 48.28 percent, while Sperber has 17,803 votes, or 47.91 percent.

The 11th State Assembly District covers Lindenhurst, Copiague, Amityville, North Lindenhurst, Wyandanch, parts of East Farmingdale, and parts of North Babylon.
