Reworld™ Supports Paws of War to Provide Free Veterinary Care for Veteran’s Pets on Long Island

Local veterans and their pets received free veterinary care, food, and community support at Texas Roadhouse Deer Park.

Reworld™, a leader in sustainable waste solutions, recently supported Paws of War to provide free veterinary care for veterans’ pets during a special Veterans Day event held at Texas Roadhouse in Deer Park. The event brought together local partners including Long Island Cares, General Needs and the Suffolk County Veterans Service Agency to deliver services, food and resources at no cost to those who served.

“Supporting our veterans is an honor and a responsibility we take seriously,” said Maureen Early, Lead Community Relations Specialist at Reworld™. “Through partnerships like this one with Paws of War, we’re proud to extend our commitment to community care beyond sustainability and to the people and pets who have sacrificed so much.”

The company’s sponsorship made it possible for Paws of War’s Mobile Vet Clinic to deliver on-site vaccinations and wellness exams, ensuring local veterans had access to critical, free veterinary services. Attendees also received Texas Roadhouse dinner vouchers and additional support from community organizations dedicated to veterans’ well-being.
